Zenith and nadir and nexus
Loves stream in ebb and flow
Is the power that connects us
And shows us where to go
So we may all become fulfilled
And passion's song is barely stilled

Nadir and nexus and zenith
Love gleans the high and low
And gifts a true heart to pen with
As pleasures of flesh forego
So that love may claim the key
That unlocks ancient mystery

Nexus and zenith and nadir
All blend to steal the show
The alpha and the omega
Join now to bend the bow
Till cupid in his loveless might
Will learn of love's serene delight

The highs and lows of connection
Can make passions overthrow
The chance for resurrection
That love alone can bestow
Until at love's song will I swoon
Each morning, night and shining noon.

Those of us who refuse to risk and grow get swallowed up by life. Patty Hansen.

Kethry love, this is utterly utterly outstandingly wonderful piece from you. Absolutely brilliant writing love this is one of your best dear heart. Oh how much i love this one. Am I jealous no love, because I know I could never write like this, I'm just grateful that I get the chance to see this beauty. But I shall be holding this to ransom until you send me some of your best phrases.
Thank you love this is truly wonderful
Take care love as always

Take back the hope you gave,- I claim
Only a memory of the same

very cool Keth....
love the rhyme scheme in this
and the vocabulary is very cool
creative and unique ..
your pen and muse are still on fire me girlie
keep em coming........
which means ....................write on

If my slight Muse do please these curious days ...
The pain be mine ...
but thine shall be the praise.

Marsha.
Thank you, you are a generous individual and your praise amazes me!

Wilfred,
No! don't say it's so
that these words you would forego
it was just a little word or two
that I borrowed first from you
because you wrote, inspired me
to take your words and set them free
once again within my my write
to help to lighten other's night
Although I borrowed them, it's clear
you must thank Sunshine 'twas her idea.

JM,
me gator mate, praise from you is praise indeed! Thank you so much!
BUT the idea of "borrowing words" came from Sunshine. The words came from Wilfred, I just mixed the best.

Kethry, how beautifully and unexpectedly you have used words here! And with them, you express great truth, because love does indeed take us to the heights and the depths.

To love another person is to see the face of God.
