do you work for the same company i do? didn't see you at the water cooler....  "Our goal: to gain the trust of our people" hehe.... well? maybe we are in a virtual company together and we are our people... and as pogo said, "we have met the enemy and they is us".... and your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to write some really fine poetry.... oh? i see you've chosen to accept it...  |

Thanks, Kethry! A lot of companies just don't get that you can't have trust in return if you don't trust your employees! Doreen, I'm sure I saw you at the water cooler, wasn't that you scribbling some poetry on a notepad? Thank you! Guess I had some attitude on a Monday morning, huh?
