Wordly Sonnet I want more than to rhyme with strife a moment that encompasses life and some way more to rhyme with give to find such a word is one "why" I live perhaps one day I shall find a rhyme that takes in all, and wraps in kind those thoughts that ramble in my mind in which some memories would then bind for this feeling, far beyond the passion to seek the lift and give it fashion no, I will not let a dictionary ration this thinking gray, nor cease sensation but to give one new word, a unique creation and bring it forth in culmination 01.27.01 Karilea If I whisper, will you listen?... I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound. KRJ |
