Once Once our love so sweetly blossomed. It’s delicate warmth so soothing. Our hearts, minds, and souls fused, Once anything seemed possible. Our own reality of hope and joy, A future by each other’s side. Now as I’m lost in a sea of tears. I wonder why we had to end. The happiness and warmth once felt, Now replaced by fear and loneliness. How can I live without your gentle love? I mournfully cry trying to figure out How to exist with half a heart, a soul. And even now that you are gone I know that I can say that I was loved Once. < !signature--> This is just a quick note letting all of you know that I will be able to use a computer once a week.. I know it isnt much.. but at least I get to stop in and read the beautiful poetry .. and post some of my own. I will try to reply the best I can... but unfortunately I won't have much time. Janet - It is good to be back... even if it is only once a week. I'm glad you liked the poem... it wasn't an easy one to write. But, as always, the therapy it offered helped greatly. Alan - Thanks for stopping in. I'm not quite sure if I lost it or not.. I'm hoping not. I guess time will tell though. Jesse - Hugssss to you my friend.
