Gallery Reading Room

song of my heart
I know you're out there
the notes of your life
coming together measure by measure
in the key of life
your heart beating time
through the rhythm of your years

you have played before many
hoping to find one
whose song is in harmony with yours
the counterpoint of their life
joining yours seamlessly in a sonata of love

song of my heart
I know you're out there
looking for that one song
but instead of looking for another song,
how about looking for words
to your own song?

let me put my poetry to your melody
coming together in a song of love

because what's a song
without words?

*sigh* words to music how perfect would be the love that could do this. *sigh* this was so soft and beautiful. I can see your heart is full of incredible love songs. *sigh* wonderful. I so love your writing. You write with heart and truth making your words sing into the heart of the reader. Wonderful, wonderful. Much love from me to you.

You write the words, for out there
someone is waiting to put it to music.
Beautiful words you do write.

sven:  i dig your words!  you give me reason to want to learn more.

what's a song without words?

sometimes (especially in love) there is a time for silence, and this can be a song complete in itself.  or, as noah benshea says, "it's the space between the notes that makes the music."
