Paula's Knights, and Marsha's Knights Paula can write of knights who are both daring and very bold If there's a maiden who needs rescuing they don't need to be told My knights aren't so much bold as they're shaking in their shoes If you need a dragon slaying they're not the ones that I'd choose If a dragon needs turning into cat meat, don't shout for my knight Yell out for Paula, her knights positively relish in a decent fight Paul's knights are manly men, they know what should be done My knights would much rather take a rest somewhere in the sun Her knights stand up with pride and courage, they are reliable too My knights they are at best hapless and they're always in the loo Paula's heroes leap on and off their steeds with alacrity and speed Those misfits I write about can't leap anywhere let alone onto a steed Paula love, please carry on writing of your delightful manly knights And I'll try to keep my ones from dressing up in my favourite tights If you keep me supplied with heroes that make this maiden blush I promise I'll keep you supplied with idiots who to aid don't rush Your knights are the answer to every maidens prayer, her dreams My knights shame on them are probably organising some awful schemes Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

Paula, it wouldn't do your lot to challenge my knights anyway, you know exactly what they'd do. Either they would ask me to protect them, or play dead, cowards every single one of them. Oh well except Sir Stich, he was almost manly! Thanks love, I'll try to keep my little lot in order. Take care Mushy Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |
