Does A Heart Wonder? Always giving, always loving Keeping alive gentleness Stirring hatred and carelessness Sharing, living, dying A heart wanders thinking But does a heart wonder Does a heart need an answer ~~Daniel J D~~ Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) [This message has been edited by Daniel J D (edited 12-01-2000).] |

I'm going to bet you the whole ten dollars I've got in the bank that a heart does wonder and it does need an answer....but in a different way than the norm...in a deep seated emotional way...very good idea for a poem Daniel....very well done indeed!! |

Yes, I've often thought each beat is a plea for another. I believe a heart does need an answer, a reason to keep beating. I enjoyed this one very much. What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the words I have read in my life. Walt Whitman |

Much to ponder here Sir Daniel...I would have to say My heart doesn't need an answer...only a reason to question. Fantastic writing~ The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched ---- they must be felt with the heart~ *??* |

Marsha, Thank you, I hope to get a few answers from this poem. Ethome, Cheers, the ten dollars I could do with. Are'nt poets supposed to be poor. Mutington, Thank you, if that is the case, I have to really check mine. Charisma, If it does, what does it wonder about? Thanks for the reply. Irish Rose, I am glad you liked this one, I am still puzzled though. Nate, If that is so, what answers do we give when the pains of sorrow keep returning. Butterflies, Thank you, I like your straightforwardness, wonderful reply. Cheers. Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) |

Daniel what a perfectly wonderful question...does the heart wonder? Does it wonder if you care? Does it wonder if its worth the pain? Does it wonder if this is the right choice? MY heart questions me all the time...so I would have to agree with the majority here...yes the heart wonders...it questions...it strives...hugs to you darlin Ignore those who would clip your wings...fly ever upward...even if it means scorched wings |
