Her voice begins my morning
It's my favorite cup of tea
It's the bathrobe that I slip into
That feels so good to me.

It's the hot shower on my body
That invigorates me so
It's the fluffy towel that dries me off
And sets my face aglow.

It's the sun outside my window
It's the robin in the tree
Welcoming a brand new morning
It's the sound of love to me.

No matter what the day may bring
My spirit conquers and endures
Because her voice begins my morning
That voice, my dear, is yours....

****************************************

Her vision makes my afternoon
Such happiness I find
When thoughts of what she is to me
Comes gently to my mind.

The sun shines down from overhead
Majestically above
To warm my heart with memories
Of this one that I love.

Day may be filled with obstacles
But they all fade from view
Her vision makes me feel alive
This vision that is you.

******************************************

Her presence makes my evenings glow
And fills my heart with bliss.
She has a way to let me know
She loves me by her kiss.

The sun has faded overhead
Now that the day is through
But it still shines inside of me
Each time I look at you.

I love to feel you next to me
Your soft skin pressed to mine
Caresses freely given make
the act of love devine.

When we make love, I truly know
The beauty that is you
And, though it's only in my mind,
Someday it may come true.

*sigh* oh gosh this is so beautiful and so sad that it is yet fantasy for you. You weave love with incredible talent, my friend, capturing the reader and taking them on an emotional ride with you. *sigh* yes indeed, I love this poem for all the love it reveals but mostly because I know well the feeling of weaving fantasy in hopes that someday they become reality. Thank you so much for this beautiful read.

Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams. [URL=http://path2riches.com]http://path2riches.com

"When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are..."
in this poem, I feel magic still lives!
I loved it, thank you for posting this one.

What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the words I have read in my life.

You, 'Deer, are recapturing the crown of King of Romance...

keep weaving these lines, and you'll have that bathrobe, for sure!

And I truly think Passions needs to purchase more crowns....some tiaras, too....

At dinner she'll cook your spam
With such tender loving care
Burns her finger and yells Damn
She's a vision standing there

'Deer, this is so great, a brilliant piece from you and it just glows and glows. Do I love this, yes I do. Wonderful, like a fresh stream, running through a forest, or a walk on a crisp clear day. It is delightful.
Brilliant work
Take care
