Mystical Dance of Love Karen Torbiak 2000 Jagged peaks washed clean of all vegetation raise the eye ever upward to gaze upon the blue heavens where pillows of fluffy clouds sit like white islands in a sea of blue Flying high among the peaks are two majestic eagles with wings spread to catch the strong current of the wind as they ever circle higher But wait, the site blurs and the air shimmers to clear on a vision similar but unlike the first, changing reality to fantasy blended in perfect unity Two winged horses of legend now soar high above where once was the home of the proud eagle Sunlight glitters off their wings as they glide effortlessly among the peaks that create a playground of pleasure for these magical beasts Standing and gazing in awed reverence one can only imagine the smiles adorning the faces of the Gods watching the display set out before them One soon comes to realize there is something purposeful and spiritually special about the way these two dance through cloudy peaks Wing tips overlapping they glide effortlessly circling higher and higher side by side Suddenly the larger of the two leads in a swift plunge following the outline of the jagged and now dangerous peaks The smaller follows closely almost on the very back of the other in a copy of each move made with practiced confidence The watcher gasps and her heart tingles with anticipation and knowledge that she has stumbled upon the dance of love performed by the most mystical of creatures Coming to a stop, noses touching in perfect unison the two flap their gigantic wings to raise together where they can begin this magnificent dance again Slowly the scene fades before eyes wet with wonder and heart soft with wishing to dance this dance of love in life and reality Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams.
