One Day Is that your hand I feel On the top of my arm Is that your breath I feel Blowing on my ear Is that your face I see In the bed next to me Is that your voice I hear Calling from the other room Is that your footsteps I hear Tapping in the hall Is that your key I hear Turning in the door Is that you arms I see Open for my embrace Is that you shadow I spot Under the Kitchen door Am I just dreaming Your image in front of me Am I Just Imagining Your presence in my soul Am I just hoping For a miracle of god Am I just stupid For not giving up hope Maybe one day you'll come back And love me again Maybe one day I can lay In your arms forever "shun the frumious Bandersnatch!" I could really feel the effect of the images in this piece...the reflections were very vivid...all the little things that stay with you and make you hope that the things you are imagining are going to come true...ethome ... Welcome to Passions! |
