If I could tell you how I feel But I can't Too many effects So often I stare deep into your eyes Listening to you talk Every ounce of hurt you feel You couldn't begin to imagine my surprise How a woman with a heart as beautiful as her face Could feel anything less I hate to see you in pain Even for one second The very thought brings tears to my eyes I want to help you More than I let you know If only you knew I wish I could make my heart show But you don't see me Not like that So it continues to be The way that it is Maybe one day I'll put my own feelings before everyone else And you'll belong to my heart Forever to stay. |
