Sympatico Vibrations from the lilting violin, Will resonate the air into my ear, Excite the little drum that is within, And that will be the music that I hear. But two it takes to have the music heard, And what about the song the artist played? Was it sent to have a feeling stirred? Or just expression of the artist's trade? Vibrations do not understand the play. I cannot know the meaning of your touch, Unless you tell me what you sent my way. Was it reaching out to feel my clutch? Your violin is playing in my ear. I pray 'twas music meant for me, my dear. |

Thank you Serenity. Sometimes the message of a poem rings a bell. I'm glad this one did for you. The sonnet is a very special challenge. I shall try to write more of them. BTW your accolades are swelling my ego and I am having trouble getting in the car because my head is so big. Shhhhhhhhh |
