Vagabond Silhouettes I look in shadows just beyond Predicaments that lie ahead. Situations gone vagabond Silhouettes beyond the seed bed. My mind is turning future soil Possibilities yet to come Reaching into a multi-foil That beats upon my ego's drum. Some untried paths to try and tread. Some intrigue of a subtle kind Some fantasies I thought were dead Within the phantoms of my mind. It's here I die and resurrect Through spooks and ghosts I call alive And It's here I seek to perfect In order, that I may survive. I look for breaches in the shoal I look for shadows in my soul. |

Seymour~ 'My mind is turning future soil' I know a spade when I see one - and I love the 'gardener' in you ! Such fertile territory to till ... write on, dear vagabond poet. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

When you plant seeds of thought such as this, my mind runs rampant in fragrant floral landscapes... I love it! |

And here I thought you were gonna be tattling on LJA's and Balladeer's latest exploits. *G* You weren't, dern it... but I'll forgive your loyalty because you wrote such a great poem! *S* |
