Forever finite I hang by a silver thread Over the abyss of why. By an aging fear and dread That I'll never learn to fly. I rage in my space of time Holding by the grace of age Tolling of the final chime Turning of another page. But it does no good to rage For the curtain will drop, while Sands of time will sow their gage And the play has played the wile. It means I will never fly That in truth had been my goal Haunt affinities as I Fathom depths of my sweet soul. So once again will come the night Forever finite in its flight. |

It isn't the flight That's left us sighing For your brilliant insight - It's more the trying. The limits that bind And cause your rages Set you free to find A voice for the ages. In other words... we love you just the way you are. *S* Well done! [This message has been edited by suthern (edited 01-03-2001).] |
