Come and flow, Like this winter wind, Through my heart, Thrilling briefly, Breezing, Tightly holding perfection, For an instant reaction, And later a chill, Of haunting relief, That our hearts, Didn't carry us too far away. Breathe in, And exhale, Whatever stale moment, Passed in discomfort, While we stared, Into two secret boundaries, Yet never completly crossed. You play exceptionally well, And I'm always falling for it. Oh, Love... You think yourself, A great disguise artist, And yet I know your shrouds, In all their forms, For I have worn every one, And my wardrobe, Though hanging silently, Is still grand. My name isn't Baby, and I don't want to cyber. |

Temptress~ This is a really neat piece - 'Oh, Love... You think yourself, A great disguise artist, And yet I know your shrouds, In all their forms, For I have worn every one, And my wardrobe, Though hanging silently, Is still grand.' I like the reference to the shrouds. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Temptress, I agree with everyone gone before me. This is wonderful and I too like the lines... You think yourself, A great disguise artist, And yet I know your shrouds, In all their forms, For I have worn every one, Write on, in song Kethry Those of us who refuse to risk and grow get swallowed up by life. Well! I guess he'd like to think he was disguising himself. However, I think you were quite content to let him think he was. You've seen all the costumes and the wardrobe is full because you've worn them all too... yet it's grand but hangs silently....I think this is just excellent work!! |

Keep the Faith: Thank you for reading. I am sure that there are many who can relate. Funny how we share more than we know. Sven: Thanks for reading this. The shrouds come in many colors don't they? Kethry: Thanks. I'm glad everyone especially likes the ending too. ethome: Thanks for the compliments. |
