Thank you Paula again for your beautiful poem. It touched me deeply and so I respond with this poem To Paula - Of Fallen Sparrows Paula, you have warmed a heart That witnessed love and life depart And in your words were interlaced Essence devine to be embraced A fallen sparrow in the wind Is but a pluck of violin A single note within the song A valid part of life’s belong It is for us to learn to fly The given pathway in the sky One falls in red of sunset's light We carry on in feathered flight And though the well's soft waters seep In little drops of sorrow’s weep There comes a season of relief When God has winessed our belief And never will the spirit roam Til God has called his sparrows home Elizabeth Santos |

This is really beautiful Liz. If a dream touches us, it exists to us as anything else that touches us. John |
