The Question

she stands like
obsolete obsidian,
an obstacle
in his path ~

don't you think
her
obstinacy
would relate
to his
requisite wrath?

A very good question indeed Sunshine

Seems like he is the obstacle to her happiness. She should get out of his path for good and move on. But she's too obstinant. And this is so obsolete.

It is too early in the morning for such riddles, I guess only she can answer that question. Really enjoyed the poem. Myabe she could ask the audience, or phone a friend ( sorry bad joke)

It's in your eyes a fire that's wild and glorious
Unhibited, unfinished in everything I do Let the morning rise like our hearts desire" whipping boy

Kari love, if he had any sense he'd walk around her! But he hasn't so they end up waiting for the other to make a move.
Wonderful love, absolutely wonderful

No longer in use old fashioned dark natural glass formed by the cooling of molten rays!

Her fixed and unyeilding position or opinion despite reason or persuasion would relate to his required necessary violent anger rage.

Yep you got it sweetie it would! You're so clever sometimes it just amazes me!

Definitely time to decide if one is going to 'fish or cut bait' too much time has passed allowing the formation of the anger and the obsidian. Change does not require self destruction for either party. Perhaps counseling where hopefully 'real listening' is learned - too many years left to waste them in such obsinate/anger pursuits.

THE ANSWER:

she stand like
a stubborn roadblock
because he is
deceitful in his
accusations
about her

she has moved on
but will not withdraw
from demanding from him
that he remove
his claws from her
granting her freedom
from him
and his continued
presence
twenty four hours
each day

the answer is
remove yourself
from my life
you are free
to speak lies
give me freedom
and your wish
will be granted

signed: the obstacle
ps: what does obsidian mean?

Or possibly he doesn't notice that it is her own dedication to doing what she is expected to do to please others and put herself last.  Good question in this one and I feel that I will have to dwell on it some more to have any hope of an appropriate answer.
