Belonging To Being. A fleeting moment, minute of time Air filters lungs, free from woman My beginning upon this earth to rhyme To the loving caresses of a mother My tired suckling lips, her swollen nipples Sleeping side by side, free from each other. In search of years gone by, memories come and go Days of lonesome in amongst other children Never really knowing who to trust who not to Happy days, games lost, stumbling, and fallen Time to feel, where to find who belongs For whom, for what, questions needing answers Life begins and ends, what of the middle Seeking understanding, reading , learning, puzzle Sounds of music, learned culture, others doing When the real need to know why I am living Depends on answers raised by my own being Does the search end, or simply expand My being belongs to me, however, am I in control Turning to origins of my being, there was also man For two souls shared in that passionate moment Bringing the beginning of my belonging to life My opinion, my reason, meeting no boundaries Only truth and hope stand in the way of those Who perpetrate my mind with heartless joys Aiming to destroy my dignity and my being To them I extend a simple sentence Love is truth and hope and no pretence. Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) |

~love is truth and hope~ Good poetry. Truth and hope are the keys that opens the door, for faith to believe that all things are possible. Deb |

Deb, Thank you so much, it has no boundaries the question of why we belong. Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love (Daniel J D) |
