Written for Mark Bohannan ~ Golden Star The Gift You Are~ Golden sparks of imagery illuminate the gifted one's mind as a beautiful morning births words of a ~Bluebird Messenger~, who's wings turn to gold as the voice of an angel tells of a gifted butterfly born, In this write, your tenderness shines in the morning light, as the essence of your heart and soul is written in ~Balloons Of The Heart~, you drift in the wind with the lightness of your words, soon you're gone with the wind, transported in time to write near candlelight, till dawn's half light, on a journey, ~Walking Within~the realm of heavens tears, seeking grace to fill an empty space If his eye is on the sparrow, fear not I know he watches over thee In ~Quiet Comfort~your romantic heart seeks surrender with the breath of knowledge in what two can share, needing truth and belief, you write these words straight from the heart, in ~Livingroom Stream~,with sleepy eyes, visions arise of a perfect life, where cascading warmth pours over your soul, drinking hot coffee while viewing a colorful garden from your window sill, lost in the beauty of this eternal dream in ~Share Your Gift~,you tell of sharing an inner strength, learned from trials and tribulations overcome by the gift of love bestowed, holding the power of tomorrows glow in our hearts as the soul yearns to share this gift BloomingRose Mark, it is a rare golden star that shines so bright with the gift of write you possess. Deb this is lovely tribute to Marks gifts of poetic grace... very creative how you used his poems titles... wonderful writing and I know he will be touched and complimented by this... he has made such a impression on us all here with his talent...that he often doesnt see. well done. take care jm |

Deb, Thank you so much for this wonderful piece. I am truely honored by the fact that you would not only take the time to read my poetry but to come up with this using some of my titles and giving your take on them means the world to me. No better honor could be bestowed upon a poet than what you have done. You used some of my favorite and of course you know that "Walking Within" would not have ever been written if not for the guidance that you gave to me. For that I will eternally be thankful and grateful. You my friend are a golden treasure in so many ways yourself and the gift you give is much more than any words of mine could compare to. Deb this is truly a fantastic portrayal of one who is exceptionally talented. His gift is so exquisite that I find myself transported whenever I read any of his works. This is exquisite, it really is a wonder and a pure delight. And I'm glad he shares his talent and beauty so often. Blooming Rose what a lovely gift you have penned for Mark. You are very decisive, I must admit I could never choose because with everyone I think this is the best and then comes another and I think no this is the best and so on... Write on Keth Religion is for people frightened about going to hell - Spirituality is for people who have been there. Anon. |
