Sweet Dreams, Sweetheart ~*Marge Tindal*~ Just as twilight comes and the day begins it's end Into my thoughts you come the precious gift of a friend The day may have been trying Though Lord knows I've done my best Realizing that you are there for me puts my heart to rest As these eyes close to envision the slumbered dreams of the night In my heart I'll hold you until morning sees first light Sweet dreams, sweetheart ! *Yes - you ! ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ noles1@totcon.com |

I've been on and off these forums for most of this past year; mostly skimming and reading without really saying anything, but I must post a reply for this poem.. only because I would bet my life that this poem rings true down to the very last word, with no lies or attempts to flaunt one's self... just an innocent display of a content and happy life.
