To: "Peanut" You're a blessing in my life One that was heaven sent You have been so caring And a great friend to me You're there when I'm down To lift me up from the abyss You open your heart to me And tell me that better exists You are a true friend One that I can always trust You see past the exterior To the child within me We met during a bleak time When my life was at bottom You helped me climb out To see that there's still hope.
