Heartquake dividing horizons of showering moonstones encased in a shimmering beam splitting tremors that have the temerity of a raging tempest quivering ripples of a ravenous desire chisel through icy formations rapturous infernos stoke the unknown with ravishing tendrils Against the dewy blanket, beneath the heated sighs, a tremble and a shiver within arched anticipation< !signature--> "...I am a river in winter, quiet in the eyes of most but deep, swift and full of life to one, lucky enough to fall through the ice." snow [This message has been edited by Snow (edited 12-22-2000).] |

I have felt this quake before and you have penned it well. I felt the every tremor of it as I read it. Wonderful write. A life with love will have some thorns, but a life without love will have no roses. author unknown |

Snow~ This is wonderful and sensuous and inviting. Very well done and full of metaphorical delight. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Your imagery and metaphor are right on...this one should be read again.... "Love is a fire. But whether it is going to warm your hearth or burn down your house, you can never tell." Joan Crawford |
