It's Your Eyes That I See The stars shine brightly but it's your eyes that I see I'm not looking at the sky its beauty is not for me The moon softly glows but it doesn't delight my eyes I think only of the magic wrapped within your sighs The world is full of wonder but it can all pass me by I only want your kiss to take me spiraling up so high The sun can send her warmth to spread all over me But I don't need her heat I'm as warm as I can be The heat comes from the passion of a burning hot fire I'm caught in your mesh of flames as it leaps higher Dreams can take me to paradise wrapped in charms But you take me there when I'm held within your arms Your smile is full of fire its beauty caresses me And in your kisses I can feel loves truth holding me I'm amazed by your touch the magic is loves desire I never understood before its power is liquid fire I'm filled with joy and wonder, I'm a burning flame When you take me on loves ride I call out your name Marsha< !signature--> Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning [This message has been edited by Marsha (edited 12-21-2000).] |
