Amor es la pan de la vida
In life everything that I need
Amor es la copa divina
The wine divine  where I feed

In moonlight we dance on the stars
In swaying beat our feet feed on its beams
No words spoke yet lips find no bars
Holding close all is met in our schemes

Y estoy obsesionado contigo
My eyes glow with feelings that you know
Y el mundo es testigo
To the passions that grow so

Por alto este el cielo en el mundo
We’ll soar in a romantic swan boat
Por hondo que este el mar profundo
Till we disappear like a dust mote

Amor es la pan de la vida
Your my life’s bread where I feed
Amor es la copa divina
You’re in my blood when I bleed

Y estoy obsesionado contigo
My eyes glow with feelings that you know
Y el mundo es testigo
Surrender to me in this glow

When we do the best that we can, we never know what miracle is
wrought in our life, or in the life of another.

El amante es el pan de la vida....such al corazón que vierte fuera de la
emoción y las sensaciones.....you saben que gocé de la manera que usted
utilizó español e inglés....

Hermosa Cuenta

heres what it reads, I am rusty in the language dept hope this came close...*LOL*

Love is the bread of life....such a heart pouring out of emotion and feelings.....you know I enjoyed the way you used spanish and english....

This is lovely......

If I whisper, will you listen?...
I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound.

I don't speak Spanish but the melding of the flow from language to language is superb.

If a dream touches us, it exists to us as anything else that touches us.

I get so frustrated by my lack of French especially as the language is so curiously formed - I can't even say the words aloud and get proper rhymes - so many letters are 'silent' after "Je vous aime" and "oui" - I haven't a "sou" (sp?)

Math I can handle - but even German- the language of my antecedents I barely got through in HS -

All that said -
Karilea- Martie- John R - Doreen-

The spanish lines are directly 'lifted' from the lyrics to "Obsesion" (Obsession) a beautiful Rumba by Pedro Flores.
I post the entire lyric (Spanish AND English) here for those who find Spanish as difficult as I find French:

Por alto este el cielo en el mundo
Por hondo que este el mar profundo
No Habra una barrera en el mundo
    Que un amor profundo
    No pueda romper

Amor es la pan de la vida
    Amor es la copa divina
Amor es un algo sin nombre
    Que obsesiona un hombre
    Con una mujer.

    Y estoy obsesionado contigo

As high as the sky is over the world
As deep as the sea is
There is no barrier in the world
    That a deep love
    Cannot break

Love is the bread of the life
    Love is the cup divine
    Love is something nameless
    That it obsesses a man
    With a woman

And I am obsessed with you
    And the world is witness
    To my frenzy

And more because it is destiny
You will be for me, for me

As high as the sky is over the world
As deep as the sea is
There is no barrier in the world
    That my deep love
    Cannot break
