Like Jesus Walking On The Water I find each day I live to be harder than the day before So, I pray for a little bit of yesterday And, if I had the strength like I did just hours ago I may be able to find peace while you are away... God, I don't know how I will walk through tomorrow I'll walk one more mile one more minute alone As real as like Jesus walking on the water Is my heart crying for you to come home... Like Jesus walking on the water of baby blue So pure and touching to the soul of one Is truth, and in my truth, is missing you, Baby Girl Both of which so brilliant as the golden sun... We all walk the same road but mine seems harder tonight But, only a selected few will crawl Is faith, such solid faith, that I lack at this time Be my reason I walk but always I fall... He never lacked the inspiration to live the life he had But, I dread the one handed to me Across the water, sweet Jesus, he walked without a doubt But, here I am too hurt to get off these knees... If I could have one moment of glory like the world did that day I'd want that moment with my baby and I Just the strength, the faith, like in his gracious walk Then tears no more I will not cry... Saun Sauni :) Have you ever known the color grey when the nighttime finds you weak I have, I've walked that road each time; that's where my angel sleeps |
