Each night before I close my eyes, I thank the Lord for midnight skies, For crescent moons, the stars above, And most of all, for you my love. I never knew what odists meant, When they penned of heaven sent, Until the day, that I met you, Until the day, that I loved you. At eighteen years, a life begun, For thirty years, we've lived as one, Four children raised, to college sent, With just a tad, of Dad's cash spent. And now once more, just two as one, A new day starts, with rising sun. |

You have done an excellent job. A poem and life, what more could one ask. I hope your wife and children appreciate you. |

A special gift to you is sent. To spend the days of merriment, found within the midnight skies of one who still shines brightest in the morning sun reflected in your eyes. *This just happens to be a tender moment. Happy Holidays to you. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ noles1@totcon.com |
