delicate wind chimes lonely wind in agony blowing wood smoke dusk chanting in rhythmic cadence desiring to be heard dust on the toes of my boots powdered sugar prints leading to the back porch steps cold November moon barn owl doesn’t give a hoot vesper star shines bright silent waterfall glistens snow flurries embrace the night wrapped in arms of love snuggled warm under down quilt melted by your eyes © 2000 Koko Stewart Koomoa (All rights reserved) Passion, imagination and intellect running together...
