Buckets of butter a largess of lard baked goods and sweets we consume by the yard fruit-cake and cookies that pile on pounds the Pillsbury Dough-boy is making his rounds On thighs and on waist-lines he's coming for you on inches and kilos " I only had two " plates piled high with all kinds of good stuff we feast as possessd 'cause we can't get enough on candy and pie on fancy roast dishes on egg-nog and snack-foods and even knishes we groan and complain how our pants fit too tight but then once again eat whatever's in sight We mow through the turkey and cranberry sauce roast beef and potatoes and salads we've tossed on platters the size of garbage-can lids you better watch out we're coming through kids ! Ix-nay on that diet we don't want to hear how this is un-healthy until it's next year with waist-lines expanding until they appear two times normal size from the front to the rear ! You'll hear us proclaim as we "pig-out" each night "OOOH! that looks good , I'll try one little bite ! " |

Mike , Startime ,inot2B ,maxtec1 , Thanks for the R&Rs , sorry about the blown diets . Wife entrusted me to make cookies this year , I used real butter , can almost feel myself bloating right up , hence the poem . Merry/Happy Doc |
