The path to my door, shone neath moonlight dreary. iced diamonds sparkled before eyes so weary. As I waited with a temperate mind locked behind these eyes Oh! so blue. Chilling winds cut through my skin like blades. As I stared out the open door amazed. At the figure approaching through a veil of snow. I should go to him, Oh! pray not a mirage. I take flight through the night of cascading snow. Gliding oer drifts so high I do go into his arms held fast at last And rapture, it's mine once again. Lips finding mine and in time we do dance across fields of white light melting from our romance two figures sublime locked in time in the snow. 'Twas such a far way to go. |

You have framed this poem really well, just like the imagery is framed inside the poem . Really works, I enjoyed it ... neigh - Loved it ! I especially liked the way you put the charectures into the background perfectly . Thanx . L.of.L. Tom . Don't try, do or do not, there is no try . - Master Yoda - |

SEA, and angelswing, thank you for the words. I kind of liked this one myself!! It was inspired by the 7 inches of snow that fell on us this afternoon! I really hate snow!!!! Thanks again, Sandi |
