Blank Document Okay let me see here, how intimidating can you be? Already there are black letters destroying your purity and although they don’t say much, I can make them say what ever I want. I can turn you in to a rant or I can lay you down like love, I can color you with sunsets maybe make you into snow, that would be easy since you’re already white. I can read words off the top of my head you see like a book that opens and I point somewhere and there you are, a thought that must be written, a kitten that slides in the open door to heart and I can see it there soft and purring and lapping white milk. So let see what I’ve done here, I’ve said just about nothing, but you my friend are no longer white, you are kitten paw prints now, and although I am certainly not brilliant, I am a little purged and not afraid of you in the least, so there! My dear friend, if ever there was a must that had no hope of hiding from it's poet then it is yours. There is no way that anything you pen could be less the remarkable because even in a coma, I believe that you would see the world in rainbow swirls. Now what is this about the hookshot into the waste basket? Don't you ever or you will have a cowboy rummaging through your cans at night.   Hugs my friend. Bill--the white kitten is the page, you see and the words are the paw prints..well, I guess you would have to be there...there was no muse, by the way. Mark--If you'll come and rummage through my cans...I'll throw a poem away...thanks for the hug, cowboy. Ethan--Yes, a polar bear in a snow storm...perfect! Cuddles--yikes! papers of any kind are sometimes intimidating. |
