The Heart of the Matter to some what looks like a block of ice can be held within the palm of hand solid stone, a rock of pure white unknown as precious but to one man now she seemed but just a woman with cold and reticent heart but he, with quickening eye did see how her love he could impart in his palm it lay in white quiet a treasure of his most high regard he stroked the cold outermost crust he knew he held the telling card she did not know of his plan nor even that she stirred his soul she quietly traversed through life little aware of his inner goal time, and time again he planned calculations ran far and wide till one day, decided, he took a stand and settled in with the rock by his side she oft said little, but quietly sighed she never knew what his thoughts implied she did not know the glances she threw struck his heart and cut it in two once again in his palm it lay white quiet rock, but no decay he eyed and measured once again with swiftest strike, he split it then she gave a piercing cry away two pieces fell, it's inside to show the fire of the ice, within such white snow for this man knew his art, cut to the part and thus his lady love's heart forever glowed  Karilea If I whisper, will you listen?... I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound. KRJ |

Karilea, this is beautifully presented and contains such important thoughts. There is so much hidden beauty just waiting to be discovered and realized by someone willing to take the time and make the effort to uncover it, whether it be a diamond in a stone or a soft heart in a hard shell.
