Believe In Love Believe in love and it will set you free For true love lasts for all eternity It flows like a river into our hearts' sea The wave on this ocean of eternal mystery Rock us gently uniting you with me Believe in truth and love will shine For pure truth will always last forever It comes from within this heart of mine The promise of being always together Making my heart feel loves' sunshine Believe in beauty and hope will rise For beauty will exist always within It is the gift of holding loves' prize The touch of gold instead of tin Healing the soul silencing the cries Believe in me and I'll believe in you For belief will be there for all time It is truth, beauty and love so true The response to my hearts only sign Giving and receiving love from you Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |
