I wish to honor you all For the verse you write. Knowing they are Irrigated by tears, Nourished by smiles, Fertilized by thoughts, Pruned by memories, Held dear to heart, Sometimes wrenching. Hidden deep in mind, Aired out by the writing. Anguished at times, Renewed by the sharing. Folded with care, Retired to their keeping place * * * Until the next time. Live for love. Without love, you don't live. |
