Come and find me, says Lamb I Am. That Lamb I Am, that Lamb I Am You do not like that Lamb I Am. So you say, everyday You do not like Him Any way! Won’t you try Him in the dark? Won’t you try His Spirit’s spark? Won’t you try His wondrous glee? Try Him, try Him, you will see! That Lamb I Am, that Lamb I Am Won’t you try that Lamb I Am? Would you try Him in a boat? He would keep you well afloat. Would you try Him in a pinch? Would you try Him with a finch? Would you try Him on the house? Would you try Him in a blouse? That Lamb I Am, that Lamb I Am Won’t you try that Lamb I Am? Would you try Him with your sister? Would you try Him, right now, Mister? Would you try Him when you’re sad? Would you try Him when you’re mad? Would you try Him now with me? Try Him, try Him, you will see! That Lamb I Am, that Lamb I Am! How I love that Lamb I Am! He promised to be with me always, both in big and then in small ways. He carries me when I’m down; He lifts me up when I frown. He gave His life so I won’t die and I don’t need to ask Him why? That Lamb I Am, that Lamb I Am! Oh, how I love that Lamb I Am! If I try Him, will you go? If I try Him, then you’ll know! If you try Him, you will know! That Lamb I Am, that Lamb I Am! I do so love that Lamb I Am! I will follow where He leads! I will plant His loving seeds! Oh, Lamb I Am, Oh, Lamb I Am! You may have my life, I Am! |
