This is one of the first poems I posted on Passions but I've re written some of it and think that it now reads a bit better. Dreams And Wishes Dreams and wishes walk hand in hand Without a dream the wishes will fade And without the wish the dreams can't stand Love and trust walk side by side Trust is love's other name you know And love without trust is a careless ride Dreams and wishes dwell together Without a dream's vision the wishes fail And without wishes zeal dreams die forever Love and trust share a single thought Trust helps love when life becomes dreary And love without trust just cannot be bought Dreams and wishes are one and the same Without a dream the wishes crumble And without the wish the dreams turn to rain Love and trust will dance in their dreams Trust enfolds love in tender care And love will always need trust it seems Marsha [This message has been edited by Marsha (edited 09-30-2000).] |

CoCo, thank you, this is one that I'm quite sentimental about. Simply because it was one of the first poems I posted.
