I'm supposed to live with your memory And smile and pretend that's enough That I don't need to cry and scream into the night Of how my heart aches, of how I'm missing you I'm supposed to be composed, lady like, demure How can I do that as I look to a future without you? Someone decided I was supposed to be ok without the sound of your voice, the music of your laughter, the sheer delight in sharing little secrets with you, knowing they'd be kept safe within your heart……………………………….. I'm supposed to be ok that you were ripped from my life along with the greatest part of me……..the part that was alive…..the part that felt special. Who in the hell said any of this was ok?! oh my sweet friend...if I could hold you right now I would. You know that she is holding you right this minute don't you? My heart and tears go out to you as I feel helpless in being able to do as I so wish I could for you. Secure hugs to you my friend...very secure and not letting go until you are assured of peace. |

Mark~ I can't help missing her so bad.....it's almost my birthday and she always remembered me, she never forgot....all the rest of my family did, never her. I have a present she was going to give my son for his birthday today, and I feel so lucky that I'll be able to give it to him for her today. Just opens fresh heartache. Circe, There's absolutely nothing I can say that will help, but you have my thoughts with you, and I hope you know without my telling you that I send you my warmest love. Sometimes the pain of losing someone is almost worse after the intial shock. Remember to look after yourself, it is important, truly it is. Remember also that she is always with you, she resides in your heart, in your memory, and in your spirit. She won't ever leave you and if you really need her she will be there, trust me I know she will be. Take care love Mushy Warm hugs and know that I'm thinking of you |

SEA, she left even more for your son than a package for him to open on his birthday... she left the gift of her love, a love that shines through your heart, a love that will be his gift for a lifetime... a love that will comfort you even as you miss her. And you've written a poem that cries out from the soul of everyone who's missing someone. Well done! |

Sunshine~they are felt, thank you Suthern~yes, beyond belief........the gift is a complete lizard skin she framed and wrote a story about the lizard on the back of it....it's wonderful and my son will treasure it along with his many memories of her......her passing hit him really hard too...thank you -SEA |
