Bush He's the new kid in town at least I hope he is. Cause I'm kind of tired of Clinton and his skill for telling lies while menacingly looking you right in the eyes and pointing his finger in the air like I really care. So he had a girlfriend. Big deal. Lot's of us do and lot's of us will and the women have boyfriends too it's nothing new. And some of us have lied to sweethearts and spouses about our indiscretion's but none of us are stupid enough or arrogant enough to get on national TV and lie about it so blatantly. Are we? So goodbye Clinton. Hello Bush. He is going to win isn't he? Please say he will. That's my wish! I want that thrill. And I do vote the way I feel. Jameslee@November08,2000 |

Thank you Amy and Sea...I have lots of hope...the evening before the election I was out socializing with three of my friends and the subject came up and all four of us said we were voting for Bush...my friend Nancy ask me if I thought Bush would win and I said yeah if all of us vote for him...James |

Well last I heard they are still recounting those votes in Florida...how many times is that now and is it still required by law or is only a sore losers wish now...got an idea...let Bush's people count the votes and then let Gore's people count the votes and see who ends up winning after that count..got a feeling both would declare themselves the winner...even after the final count they have to wait until November 17 for absentee ballots to arrive by mail...seems like they should set up electronic voting for those overseas...much faster than snail mail...and when those arrive we have the final count and who will it be...who gets those 25 coveted electoral college votes...will it be Bush or Gore...James |

i wanted to vote for Nader - but of course i couldn't because that would have been a vote for bush. - i care for clean air and water - a gun safe street- woman's right to choose - and a man who cares about keeping dirty lyrics from kids - more than corporte profits and making sure the rich got richer at my expense they are neither one of them my choice for president - but that has been true for nearly EVERY ELECTION I'VE VOTED IN IN THE PAST 47 YEARS. if i'd had my way it would have been bradley vs powell- and that would have been a tough choice too - this probably belongs in the alley but i couldnt let it pass |

Felt these same feelings myself Wilfred...but we have to vote for a possible..and right now Bush is very possible and I hope and pray he is the man...four years of Gore would be an undesirable bore...James |
