Forevermore

Within granite walls midst row of cheeryblossom tree
A fair maiden awaits the knight embraced in dreams
Days pass slowly as sunrise casts a beam
There waiting by dusty sill she wonders if it could ever be

Tears they flow unto her blushing cheeks
A knight she yearns for envisioned in dreams
The one who dares to reach into her heart
And climb the wall built from lack of trust

Her soul swiftly rejoices dancing to his song
As the vision of he is seen through mist of fog
A whisper heard echoes through summer breeze
Could this be the knight in her dreams

Now journeying past arch of gate
Tears they stop and she shyly awaits
In front of her knight stands before
With gentle touch her heart magically soars
Together now, these two souls entwine
Into forevermore their hearts beat as one.

This really spoke to me, I love the thought of a white knight, and I bet if every woman admitted it, they all do!!

I wonder if my knight met your lady immediately after discoursing with Destiny.  d'ya think?

This was wonderful and a real treat after just posting my Knight's encounter.  My thoughts were right there with you.

Uncanny...

Love is.
