"Broken Wing" with a broken wing, she continues to believe she keeps an eye on the sky never to give up no she gives it one more try the love she feels set her soul free her demons finally fought, she can face the past no longer feeling the weight of the dark true love she has finally found, long last with a broken wing, she believes in their dream she takes flight as the glory of their love basks her in bright glowing light and i watch in awe as she picks herself up and rises once more with broken wing and all to the heavens above she does soar and my heart feels with a joy it's never known as tears fall slowly from my eye but its not tears of sadness its tears of happiness that i cry as colorful hues streak across the skies a rainbow sets high above small smile crosses my face for the person i speak of is my one true love. to laura...who always inspires me. Amy, this is soooooo beautiful, what were you saying the other day, you were having writers block. Well it's obvious to me that it's unblocked now. This is amazing, are you sure you weren't just giving me a chance to catch up with you? I know you're so kind you didn't want me trailing too far behind.
