Swooping down like a bird, he plucked me from my sticky swamp, my fear; his kiss was a cannonball in the rust of my tears. A melody, he filled my ears with moon, gently stretched my body into the sea, held my laughter in his hands, spun dandelions in me. Found in each other strange rainbows, careful wonderings, old verses of poetry; he breathed me. Somehow got lost in mystic impossible, overwhelmed by realms of we - he slipped like a bright fish from my grasp, dissolved in a lavender dream. I am suffocated by memory. Hi, this is the first poem of yours I have read. I love it! First of all, the title is too perfect, and oh, the suffocation of memory! You made some very strong visuals here. Great. Sandra |

Azure~ Oh ... swim through these lovely memories. Surface and breathe ... This is sadly lovely. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
