Listening to every heart

Assemble at Nature’s Mirror

in the dawn, beneath morning light
or toward noon, all seasons call
perhaps will be under pale moon’s cast
or a cloudy day that casts a pall

see then one true reflective image
first mirror made by hand of God
initial fine measure of depth and spirit
brilliant most in all of Nature’s pod

in most serene, still and quiet times
brook filled lake clearly enhances
shimmering visibly all of life
and reflecting back all the chances

I would lay beside cool waters
envision walking spirits by my side
and in the shimmer see their story
of history known, and wisdom wide

should the mirror then take ripple
and spread reflections to other shores
know it then takes good life with it
and the spirits shall live, evermore

for God’s mirror creates a window
to see in His eyes heavenly creation
to lay with you beside calm waters
would be a gift of still sensation

Such a lovely write.
