I was clearing out the cobb webs making room for new when suddenly I came upon a memory of you Faded with time and covered in dust a heart still intact pieced together by trust Nothing much different still looks the same ......look here...... it still has your name Written in bold with a softly aged hue not much has changed in this memory of you Same feeling, same wish same smile, same ache same PING! in my heart as I feel it re-break Just then I realize I don't want any new I still love the old Memories of you -SEA- |

SEA, this is brilliant, memories, ah! Now do I really want to wander in memory lane, or do I want to live for my tomorrows? In my case the memories aren't all as golden as this is. That being the case, I'm off up the road with no cloudy dusty memories holding me in the past. I really love this one love it's perfect. Oh news on your fan club, they have whittled the name down to five and one of the lazy little tykes will bring it up to me later. Hey why worry I've really got nothing better to do. (I know being sarcastic won't hurry them up!) So as soon as I've got the list and deleted anything that will cause David to blush, I'll let you know. hi Sea, you know each time I come across one of your poems somehow in a verse you write there's a word/expression you use in rhyme that just sends me back into a place where memories or even dreams seem to whisk me away for an instant.... You're a sweet poet Sea! Coco |

Paula~ memories are tricky, just when you think they are lost to some forgotten place in your soul, they pop out to say hello.... Jamie~ sometimes I wish for the very same thing........ You are so right, we long for our memories but they have their place. Memories are to remember. We will never have the same moment again even with or without the same person, time or place. Live for the future as the past does not exist. Loved your work... Fee Expressions, are the most important aspects, they create impressions |
