Twas late as I walked home tonight Had no fear of goblins bite The street was empty, also dark Behind my footsteps heard: "Mark…Mark" I looked back saw no pursuer Looked ahead - the lights were fewer Increased my pace on pavement stark Louder came the sound: "Mark… Mark" I reached my steps and turned to face What ever demon matched my pace Raised umbrella in my grip Was bitten by dog with a hair lip Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least. ~ Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe ~ |

Bridgette - Paula - A bit of whimsey - I get this way now and then - I sincerely do not intend to offend and hope I did not. Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least. ~ Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe ~ |
