Magic invades the darkness,
Whiches brewing their concoctions
Wolfes howling at the moon
Vampires sharpening their teeth
Dead rising from their sleep,
Eagerly the night turns into blackness
Dancing in all their madness
mixed with costume play of others
yet this is them, hiding behind no mask,
Bats racing across the skies, no stars
twinkling with surprise
shrills of screams heard all around
not a silence in this realm
Frankenstein stomps his feet
as he walks to trick or treat.
Whiches giving candy apples poisoned,
but you must eat.
Evil lurks all about
so dare you even walk about
Monsters, Goblins, hear them
in their whispered plea's
begging you to come and see
on this Halloween night.

WOW....can I come have Halloween at your place.  All there is here is a bunch of drunken cowboys who don't know how to have fun.  Excellent write my friend.
