Burn the edges of my words
rid them of their sharpened edge
dim the light in my dim world
a tiptoe's trace too close to ledge...
softly blur the lines of verse
save me from a screaming pen--
kiss me once upon my head,
kiss me, kiss me...once again.

Take the lights out of the sky,
I'll not see them rise.
nothing, nothing can compare
the spark within your eyes...

one of my most favs me thinks....
all your poetry of late(months) is written with such a delicate feather lite touch to it...
