face up
eyes closed
fingertips sliding
from lips to
throat
down
along
my arms

ringlets of
auburn fall
about my
shoulders
down my
back
lashes pressed
against my
cheeks

memories
of
your lips
path
against
my soul
within
the rain

so no one
can see
the
tears
