Alluding To My Illusion

Together we soar above the skies,
uncaring as to our return.
Landing upon a billowy cloud,
we satisfy our desire that burns.

Together we travel to unknown lands,
to explore our passions within.
The discoveries we make delight us,
our ecstasy has no end.

Together we are totally content.
lazy days and nights spent in bliss.
We marvel at how our love has endured,
and nothing can compare to this.

Wrapped in our love, we are secure.
On the world we'll close our door.
Together at last, is how it will be,
for now for ever more.

Surely by now you know the truth.
and you have drawn your own conclusion
Pay no mind to anything I've said.
I'm only alluding to my illusion.

If you can't make it so,
you need to let it go!
