Dressing Down

Sitting here in my naked thoughts,
letting them warm my cold.
Dressing down, this lonely night,
myself becoming bold.
Wondering now, if skin to skin
feelings would soon take hold,
When offering myself to you,
a blending to unfold.

Resting in my naked thoughts,
a stirring taking place.
Inside desires rising up,
at mystifying pace.
Visions forming photo-like,
filling nighttimes space,
Wondering if these thoughts of you
my morning light, shall grace.

Welcome to Passions. Thank goodness we don't need to be dressed to write poetry!
Depending on where you live it could be cold though.  Look forward to reading more!

Good morning, I admire the way in which you have brought these intimate thoughts to such rhythmic verse, the rhythm serving to add even more depth to the sensuality of the piece. A lovely poem, thank you.

Well it ws soooo long ago, Sharon, I am not sure I even remember writing this~~~

but thank you~~ and yes my name really  isn't anything "bad" although I do get some very strange emails to it, but was meant to be my "bare" thoughts as they come to  me...not too "dressed" up.
