thought process ...

a newborn thought
strains for its
first breath

in its amniotic fluid
safety was
protocol

no body to judge
or dogma
to curb

no theorem to prove
or rhythm
to move

only genesis
of its own
process

MA Miller,
I like this only genesis of its own process.
Be well

If was I had to select my favourite lines I would end up pasting the whole poem, excellent poem, loved the wording, imagery and rhythm.

"an afixiation a fix on anything the line of life the limb of a tree
the hands of he and the promise that s/he is blessed among women".

Hello, M.A. The birthing of thought...what an imaginative poem commemorating an often traumatic awakening. (grin) Thanks for this one!
