Why should you be the only one To make my senses reel? I've never felt whatever this is That you make me feel. I've wrestled with many questions Wondering right from wrong, But I think that maybe somehow I have known all along That your smile is a beacon Lighting and showing my way, Your touch is an addiction I need every day. I've no wish or will to resist Your remarkable charms For I keep feeling I belong Forever in your arms. You could rip a hole in my heart Nothing could ever mend, But I trust you completely And throw caution to the wind. |

Thankfully, that same loves extends to your friends and your extended family, of which I'm proud to be the daughter...  Beatifully said MotherHen and thank you for your mail....made me cry... Balladeer: I can't believe you would think you could change my mind... or even that you would want to. *G* After all, you sure don't want me after you! LOL Marge: My mother always told me that if I wore my feelings on my sleeves, someone was bound to bump against them and hurt them. *G* But I guess wearing love on my sleeves is better than wearing a chip on my shoulders??? LOL Martie: I always feel my words fall short of doing justice. *S* Mark, RG, Janet, CocoBaci, tracie & Kethry: My dinosaur computer has learned a brand new trick I wish it hadn't learned - for all of you, it shows that you responded but won't let me read your comments. Do you know what that does to my curiosity? Especially since I can read comments on other poems, but not my own? LOL.
